First & foremost, by commissioning me you agree to the terms within this TOS.

Requesting a Commission

  • If you would like to commission me, I may choose whether or not I accept your request.

  • If I decline I am not obligated to share the reason as to why, though I will try to when I can.

Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be possible in the event that an early to middle stage WIP is deemed unsatisfactory.

  • The total refunded is equal to the stage in which the commission has reached minus the total cost of the commission:

  • 75% for sketch phase

  • 50% for line art & base color phase

  • 25% for the rendering phase

  • 0% for a completed commission

Use of Commissions

  • You may use completed commissions for personal use only. This includes personal projects, social media, sharing with friends, and printing for yourself.

  • Commissions should not be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than the artist, as it is a service rendered, not a transfer of ownership.

  • You may NOT remove my watermark from the commission, use any of my work to train any AI models, or modify my work to be offensive in any way.

How can I contact you?

  • You can contact me via Discord, Telegram, BSKY, & Twitter.

How can I pay?

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, and art trades.

  • Payment besides art trades must be given in advance before I begin work but after a mutual agreement of the design, constructive feedback is heavily encouraged.

  • I do not currently accept payment plans but this may change in the future.

How long will my commission take?

  • Delivery dates for a commission may vary as a multitude of factors can influence how soon I may be able to finish a piece, this does not mean I will keep a commission in progress indefinitely and I will always provide updates on my progress via DMs upon request.

  • In the event I do not finish a commission by the agreed upon delivery date, you will be subject to a partial refund.

What if I want to make changes during the commission process?

  • Tiny adjustments such as pose changes during the sketch phase or color changes are small enough to not incur additional fees.

  • Major changes like late pose changes, or severe design changes will add $10-$20 USD per change to the total.

  • Additional details depending on the how complex may also add $1-$20 USD to the total.

What's the stance on NSFW Commissions?

  • You MUST be 18+

  • NSFW requests are allowed so long as they do not fall within the few categories shared below.

  • I will NOT accept commission requests that ask for content related to the following: (realistic gore, scat, death, nonconsensual, etc.).
